Learn about the form interface, progress tracking, and helpful features like auto-save and validation
The CCEW form is designed to be easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile devices. Here are the key UI elements and features that will help you move around the form efficiently.
On desktop devices, you’ll see a “Form Progress” indicator in the sidebar. This shows you how much of the form you’ve completed and which sections still need your attention.
The progress bar updates in real-time as you fill out each section.
On mobile devices, a floating toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen. This toolbar contains buttons for the most common actions, such as previewing the form, downloading the PDF, and clearing the form. It also shows your form completion progress.
The floating toolbar automatically hides when you’re actively typing to give
you more screen space.
At any time, you can click the “Review Form” button to open a modal that shows a summary of all the data you’ve entered. This is a great way to review the form for accuracy before downloading it.
Always use the review modal before downloading to catch any errors or missing
information.
The form automatically saves your progress as you type. The save status indicator in the sidebar (desktop) or floating toolbar (mobile) will let you know the current status of your form.
Your data is saved locally in your browser, so you can return to complete
forms later.
