Creating an account

Click sign in

Click the “Sign in” button in the top right corner of the page.
The sign-in button is always visible in the navigation bar.

Choose sign-up method

You can sign up using your email address or your Google account.
Using a Google account is the fastest way to sign up and provides additional security.

Complete registration

Follow the prompts to complete your account creation.
Account creation takes less than 30 seconds and requires only basic information.

Viewing your profile

To view your profile, click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select “Profile”. From your profile, you can see your current subscription plan and your download usage for the month.

Subscription status

View your current plan (Free or Pro) and billing information.

Download usage

Track how many downloads you’ve used this month and how many remain.

Profile management

Manage your saved installer and tester profiles.

Account settings

Update your personal information and preferences.

Upgrading to Pro

If you need more than 3 downloads per month, you can upgrade to a Pro account for unlimited downloads.

Access Upgrade Option

Click the “Upgrade to Pro” button on your profile page.
You can also access upgrade options from the billing section.

Choose Your Plan

Select between monthly (7/month)orannual(7/month) or annual (5/month) billing.
Annual billing saves you 29% compared to monthly billing.

Complete Payment

Enter your payment details securely through our Stripe integration.
All payments are processed securely and you can cancel anytime.

Account management

Logging out

To log out of your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select “Log out”.
You’ll remain logged in until you manually log out or clear your browser data.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings page.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your saved profiles, form history, and subscription information will be permanently removed.

Access Account Settings

Go to your profile and select “Account Settings”.

Find Delete Option

Scroll to the bottom of the settings page to find the delete account option.

Confirm Deletion

You’ll be asked to confirm your decision before the account is permanently deleted.
Make sure you have backed up any important data before proceeding.
