Managing your subscription

Upgrade to pro

  1. Click your avatar in the top right of the site header.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Subscription tab.
  4. Click Upgrade.
  5. Choose monthly or annual billing.
  6. Enter your payment details securely through Stripe.
  7. Enjoy unlimited downloads and Pro features!
Upgrade is instant and you can cancel anytime.

Downgrade to free

  1. Click your avatar in the top right of the site header.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Subscription tab.
  4. Click Manage billing.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
  6. Confirm your choice.
You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free.

Update payment method

  1. Click your avatar in the top right of the site header.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Subscription tab.
  4. Click Manage billing.
  5. Click Edit Payment Method .
  6. Enter new card details.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Download invoices & receipts

  1. Click your avatar in the top right of the site header.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Subscription tab.
  4. Click Manage billing.
  5. Click View Invoices .
  6. Download any invoice or receipt as PDF for your records.
Invoices are available for all Pro payments.

Your billing portal

Your billing portal is a secure, self-service area where you can manage all aspects of your subscription and payment information. Access it by following these steps:
  1. Click your avatar in the top right of the site header
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Navigate to the Subscription tab
  4. Click the Manage billing button

What you can do in the billing portal:

View subscription details

See your current plan, billing cycle, next payment date, and usage history.

Update payment methods

Add, remove, or change credit cards and other payment options securely.

Download invoices

Access and download PDF copies of all your invoices and receipts.

Manage billing cycle

Switch between monthly and annual billing, or update your billing date.

Cancel subscription

Cancel your Pro subscription with immediate effect or at period end.

View payment history

See all past payments, failed payments, and upcoming charges.
The billing portal is powered by Stripe, our secure payment processor, and provides 24/7 access to manage your account.

Payment methods

Credit & debit cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all major debit cards are accepted.

Secure payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
You can update your payment method by clicking your avatar → Account Settings → Subscription tab → Manage billing.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription will remove access to Pro features after your current billing period ends. You’ll keep any downloads already used this month.

Billing FAQ

Download limits apply only to generating final PDF certificates. You can preview PDFs unlimited times, edit forms as much as needed, and load saved forms without affecting your limit. Only when you click “Download PDF” for a completed certificate does it count toward your monthly limit.
Download limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. If you use all 3 downloads in January, you’ll get 3 new downloads on February 1st. Pro users never hit limits regardless of usage.
If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you’ll only be able to access your 3 most recent saved forms. Older forms remain in your account but are hidden until you upgrade again. No data is deleted.
Invoices and receipts are available for all Pro payments. Click your avatar in the top right → Account Settings → Subscription tab → Manage billing, then click View Invoices to download PDFs for your records. Free accounts don’t have billing history since there are no charges.
Yes! You can change your billing cycle at any time by clicking your avatar → Account Settings → Subscription tab → Manage billing. Annual billing saves you 29% ($60/year vs $84/year).
You’ll receive an email notification and we’ll retry the payment automatically. If payment continues to fail, your Pro access will be paused and you’ll revert to Free plan limits until payment is updated.
Click your avatar in the top right → Account Settings → Subscription tab → Manage billing, then click Edit Payment Method to update your card securely.
Click your avatar in the top right → Account Settings → Subscription tab → Manage billing, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.
