Installer and tester profiles let you save your details once and quickly populate future CCEW forms. This saves significant time and reduces errors.

What are profiles?

Profiles store your installer and tester information (name, licence details, address, contact info) so you don’t have to re-enter them for every CCEW form. You can save one installer profile and one tester profile per account. They’re securely stored and linked to your account.
All users can save profiles. Pro users get additional features like quick prefilling and automatic profile saving.

How to save a profile

Fill out your details

Complete the Installer or Tester Details section with your information.

Click Save Profile

Click the “Save Profile” button in the profile section.
Your details are encrypted and securely stored.

Confirm the save

Review the information and confirm to save your profile.

How to use a profile

Click Prefill Profile

In the Installer or Tester Details section, click “Prefill Profile”.
Quick prefilling is a Pro feature. Free users can save profiles but need to manually copy information.

Automatic prefilling

Pro users: All fields will be auto-filled instantly with your saved profile data.

Review and edit

Always review the auto-filled information and make any necessary changes before submitting.

Managing profiles

Edit profile

Update your saved profile whenever your details change (licence renewal, address change, etc.).

Delete profile

Remove your saved profile if you no longer need it or want to start fresh.
You can save one installer profile and one tester profile per account. Each profile can be updated or replaced as needed.

Quick prefilling

Pro users can instantly prefill forms with saved profile data using the “Prefill Profile” button.

Automatic saving

Pro users automatically save profile data when completing forms, keeping information up to date.
Free users can save profiles but need to manually enter information each time. Upgrading to Pro enables instant prefilling and automatic profile updates.

Best practices

Update your profiles whenever your licence is renewed or contact details change to ensure accuracy.
Always review auto-filled information before submitting a CCEW form to ensure it’s current and accurate.
Set a calendar reminder to review and update your profiles quarterly.

Troubleshooting

Check that all required fields are completed. Ensure you’re logged into your account. Each user can save one installer and one tester profile.
Profile prefilling is a Pro feature. Free users can save profiles but need to manually copy the information. Consider upgrading to Pro for instant prefilling.
Update your profile with current information, especially licence expiry dates. Pro users get automatic profile updates when completing forms.
