What are profiles?

Profiles store your installer and tester information (name, licence details, address, contact info) so you don’t have to re-enter them for every CCEW form. They’re securely stored and linked to your account.
Free users can save limited profiles, while Pro users get unlimited profile storage.

How to save a profile

Fill out your details

Complete the Installer or Tester Details section with your information.

Click Save Profile

Click the “Save Profile” button in the profile section.
Your details are encrypted and securely stored.

Confirm the save

Review the information and confirm to save your profile.

How to use a profile

Click Prefill Profile

In the Installer or Tester Details section, click “Prefill Profile”.

Select your profile

Choose the profile you want to use from the dropdown.

Review and edit

All fields will be auto-filled. Review and make any necessary changes.

Managing profiles

Edit profile

Update your saved profile whenever your details change (licence renewal, address change, etc.).

Delete profile

Remove profiles you no longer need to keep your account organized.

Multiple profiles

Save separate profiles if you work as both installer and tester, or have different roles.
