Required Fields

Company Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Office Number are optional but recommended for complete records.

Equipment details

For each type of equipment that you indicate was installed, you can provide the following details:
  • Rating: The rating of the equipment (e.g., “25A, 240V”).
  • Number Installed: The number of units that were installed.
  • Particulars: Any other relevant details about the equipment (e.g., “Outdoor, IP66”).
Providing detailed equipment information helps with future maintenance and ensures compliance with safety standards.
