Learn how to fill out installer information, licence details, and address fields in the CCEW form
This section is for the details of the person who performed the installation. The information you provide here is a legal declaration of your identity and qualifications.
Working with an expired licence is a serious offence. Always ensure your
licence details and expiry dates are correct on every CCEW you issue.
Installer profile (Pro feature)
If you have a Pro account, you can save your installer details as a profile to quickly prefill this section in the future.Save Profile
Click the “Save” button to save the current installer details as your profile.
Prefill Profile
Click the “Prefill” button to fill the section with your saved profile data.
Delete Profile
Click the “Delete” button to delete your saved profile.
Profile management saves time and reduces errors by automatically populating
your details.
Personal information
Required Fields
First Name and Last Name are mandatory fields that must be completed.
Optional Fields
Email, Mobile Number, and Office Number are optional but recommended for complete records.
Field descriptions
- First Name: The installer’s first name. This is a required field.
- Last Name: The installer’s last name. This is a required field.
- Email: The installer’s email address.
- Mobile Number: The installer’s mobile phone number.
- Office Number: The installer’s office phone number.
Licence details
Providing accurate licence details is crucial. This information is used by regulatory bodies to verify your qualifications.Required Fields
Contractor’s Licence No. and Licence Expiry are mandatory fields.
Optional Fields
Qualified Supervisor’s No. and Supervisor’s Licence Expiry are optional.
Field descriptions
- Contractor’s Licence No.: The installer’s contractor’s licence number.
- Licence Expiry: The expiry date of the contractor’s licence.
- Qualified Supervisor’s No.: The qualified supervisor’s number, if applicable.
- Supervisor’s Licence Expiry: The expiry date of the supervisor’s licence.
NSW licence search feature
You can use the NSW Licence Search feature (the magnifying glass icon) to look up a licence number and automatically fill in the details. This helps prevent typos and ensures the data is accurate.The NSW Licence Search feature is available to Pro users and helps verify
licence details automatically.
This feature searches the official NSW database to verify licence numbers and
expiry dates.
Installer address
The installer’s address is a required part of the form. You can fill it out manually or use the smart address search.Required Fields
Street Name, Suburb, State, and Post Code are mandatory.
Conditional Fields
Either Street Number OR Lot/RMB is required, but not both.
Field descriptions
- Floor: The floor number of the installer’s address, if applicable.
- Unit/Apartment: The unit or apartment number, if applicable.
- Lot/RMB: The lot or RMB number. Either this field or the “Street Number” field is required.
- Street Number: The street number of the installer’s address. Either this field or the “Lot/RMB” field is required.
- Street Name: The name of the street. This is a required field.
- Nearest Cross Street: The nearest cross street to the installer’s address.
- Suburb: The suburb of the installer’s address. This is a required field.
- State: The state of the installer’s address. This is a required field.
- Post Code: The post code of the installer’s address. This is a required field.
All installer details are validated to ensure they meet NSW compliance
requirements.
