Street Name, Suburb, State, and Post Code are mandatory.
Conditional Fields
Either Street Number OR Lot/RMB is required, but not both.
The address of the installation is a required part of the form. If the installation address is the same as the customer’s address, you can check the “Same as customer address” box to automatically copy the address.
For most residential jobs, the installation address is the same as the
customer’s address. Checking this box can save you significant time.
Otherwise, you can fill out the address manually or use the smart address search.
Pit/Pillar/Pole No.: The number of the pit, pillar, or pole, if applicable. This helps network operators locate the connection point.
NMI: The National Metering Identifier. This is a unique 10 or 11-digit number assigned to every electricity connection point in Australia. It can usually be found on the customer’s electricity bill.
Meter No.: The meter number, if applicable.
AEMO Metering Provider ID: The AEMO Metering Provider ID, if applicable.

Service Provider: Select the electricity distributor for the installation address. In NSW, this will be Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, or Essential Energy. The app will suggest a provider based on the postcode you enter to help you select the correct one.
Provider Email: The email address of the service provider.
