Personal information

Required Fields

First Name and Last Name are mandatory fields that must be completed.

Optional Fields

Company Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Office Number are optional but recommended for complete records.

Field descriptions

  • First Name: The customer’s first name. This is a required field.
  • Last Name: The customer’s last name. This is a required field.
  • Company Name: The customer’s company name, if applicable.
  • Email: The customer’s email address.
  • Mobile Number: The customer’s mobile phone number.
  • Office Number: The customer’s office phone number.
Customer contact information is important for compliance and may be required for follow-up inspections or warranty claims.

Customer address

The customer’s address is a required part of the form and must be accurate for compliance purposes. You can fill it out in two ways: Start typing the address in the search bar. As you type, suggestions will appear. Select the correct address from the list to automatically fill in the address fields. This is the fastest and most accurate way to enter the address.
The address search is powered by Google Maps. For best results, start with the street number and name, then the suburb.
Smart address search reduces errors and ensures proper formatting for compliance.

Manual entry

If you prefer to enter the address manually, click the “Show address fields” button. This will reveal the individual address fields.
Manual entry is more prone to errors. Always double-check spelling and formatting when entering addresses manually.

Required Fields

Street Name, Suburb, State, and Post Code are mandatory.

Conditional Fields

Either Street Number OR Lot/RMB is required, but not both.

  • Floor: The floor number of the customer’s address, if applicable.
  • Unit/Apartment: The unit or apartment number, if applicable.
  • Lot/RMB: The lot or RMB number. Either this field or the “Street Number” field is required.
  • Street Number: The street number of the customer’s address. Either this field or the “Lot/RMB” field is required.
  • Street Name: The name of the street. This is a required field.
  • Nearest Cross Street: The nearest cross street to the customer’s address.
  • Suburb: The suburb of the customer’s address. This is a required field.
  • State: The state of the customer’s address. This is a required field.
  • Post Code: The post code of the customer’s address. This is a required field.
All address fields are validated to ensure they meet NSW compliance requirements.
